General Return Policy
We accept returns only for unopened items in their original, sealed packaging. All return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The original product packaging must be intact and unaltered.
Restocking Fee
All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps us cover administrative and inventory handling costs.
Return Shipping Responsibility
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning an item to our facility, including shipping charges and packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Defective or Damaged Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, broken, or damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a replacement:
- Email returns@thebabyloncity.com with your order number and photos clearly showing the damage or defect.
- All claims must include photographic evidence and a description of the issue.
If approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. Please note: this policy does not apply to items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or customer error.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and compliance reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
